The Fit Expo

 Last year I was introduced to this event by Iman “Main Event “ Richards whom competes in the Raw Bench Press Competition and won 1^st place in his weight class of 242lbs. I attended this event not knowing what to expect but, I went in with an open mind.  When I got there I was pleasantly surprised by what I saw.  Thousands of people were in attendance and from all walks of life. I of course saw the people that were fit and in shape as well as the ones that were competing. But, also people whom attended because they were interested in getting pointers on what it takes to start a healthy and fit life.  

As I walked around I found there was so much to do. This event offers anything from interactive work outs and advice from the pros, healthy living and cooking demonstrations, an array of booths that are educational with new and healthy products, samples, give-a-ways, clothing, equipment and more.

 

 I loved that everyone was friendly and took the time to speak to as many people as they could without a care of whether you were new to this or not! I had the pleasure of meeting 4x Mr. Olympia Champ Jay Cutler and Author and Hard Core Body Builder Kali Muscle whom both will be attending this year’s event.

I found the Competitions very exciting. They had MMA, Jiu-Jitsu , Power lifting , Strong Man, Wrestling, and a  Max reps competition Which was hosted by Actor & Bodybuilder  Roland Kickinger, I had the opportunity to catch Max Rep Vet Sammy Graham do his thing and win 1^st. in most curls and take home that large cash prize.

But for all of you folks in the Bay Area the event is in San Jose this Saturday and  Sunday June 13^th & 14^th come and get the Fit Expo experience there is so much more than to this event than you can image.  Hope to see you there!!

Who the hell says that?!?!?!  French Montana that's who.

In a recent interview with in Complex Magazine French talked about his dislike on beefing in the industry and why he tries to steer clear from it.

you should avoid beef if you trying to make money. People get scared when you try to beef with people. In gereral, even in the street, nobody want to stand next to you if somebody about to shoot you, unless you have a big lick. They used to do that with 50 because 50 was the bank. They knew he was going to win. People ain't doing that anymore.. The rap game's not build like that any more. No, it's over for all that. It's gone, big time. They'll get you out so fast"

Well I don't think 50 was too thrilled about this and I belive this is what started the twitter beef between the two.

But  that's not all French had to say I am sure that this sent the poooo 50 over the edge..

French Montana goes on to say:

"Of course, Ross is on his fith album, " Montana said, after being asked if Rozay will have a longer run than 50. "and like I said, he's only getting bigger. This is going ti be Rosss' first platinum album. He never went plattinum. So when 50 came up, 50 sold 10 million. Then after his first album, he just kept on going down. You think 50 could come out and sell 10 million now?"
